针刺对干眼症患者性激素水平调节的影响

Effect of acupuncture on the regulation of sex hormone in patients with xerophthalmia

目的:研究针刺联合药物治疗干眼症对其性激素的调节作用。方法:为证实针刺联合药物治疗可以调节干眼症患者的性激素水平,我们收集了2007-08/2008-03共31例60眼干眼症患者,其中男5例,女26例。治疗前常规检查后,随机分为针刺药物组15例30眼和药物对照组16例30眼。针药组患者对其使用药物滴眼加针刺治疗,药物组单纯使用眼药水滴眼,治疗完成后对所有患者的雌二醇、睾酮以及疗效进行比较。结果:针刺治疗前后雌二醇(estradiol,E2)和睾酮(testos-terone,T)差异具有极其显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。针刺药物组的有效率为97.0%,药物对照组的有效率为90.0%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合药物治疗干眼症疗效优于单纯药物治疗,并能双向调节患者的性激素水平。

AIM： To observe the effect of the combination of acupuncture with drugs for treatment of dry eye syndrome and modulation of the sexual hormones. METHODS： To make a confirmation that the effect of the combination of acupuncture with drugs for treatment of dry eye syndrome was better than drugs treatment, we collected 31 patients with dry eye synsodromes,5 of which were male and 26 of which were female. After regular test, patients were randomly divided into two groups, combination of acupuncture with drugs group and drugs groups. The former group were treated by acupuncture and eyedrops, while the later group were treated by eyedrops. Clinic research was followed up by the ending point. The data of S Ⅰ t, BUT, estradiol （ E2 ） and testosterone （T） were recorded a＇nd evaluated,as well as the effect. RESULTS.. There were statistically significant differences before and after the treatment in E2 and ,as well as in T（P〈 0.01）. Compared with eyedrops group, the S It and BUT of accupuncture plus eyedrops group has statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The effective rate of former group was 97. 0%, while the control group was 90.0%, in which there was statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. The two groups has no differences in Chinese medcine syndromes scores after treatment. CONCLUSION.. The combination of acupuncture with drugs for treatment of dry eye syndrome is better than drugs treatment, and is able to dual-directionally regulate sexual hormones.
