准分子激光不同切削模式治疗近视患者的满意程度 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究准分子激光治疗近视不同切削模式对患者满意程度的影响。方法:将接受准分子激光治疗的近视患者120例,分为LASIK手术组、ORK手术组和LASEK手术组。所有患者均随访180d,并对其术后l,7,30,90和180d的满意程度进行分析。结果:LASIK手术组、ORK手术组和LASEK手术组术后30,90d组间满意程度平均等级的差异无统计学意义;术后1,7,180d,组间满意程度平均等级的差异有统计学意义,其中不同切削模式之间满意程度均数的两两比较,以α=0.05为标准,均有显著性意义。结论:准分子激光ORK手术组早期即可获得较高的满意程度,而LASEK手术组可逐渐获得更高的满意程度。 AIM: To study the satisfaction degree of excimer laser different cutting patterns for patients with myopia. METHODS, One hundred and twenty patients with myopia were divided into LASIK, ORK and LASEK surgery groups. All patients were followed up for 6 months and satisfaction degree after 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months were analyzed. RESULTS: Inter-group average levels of satisfaction among LASIK surgery group, ORK surgery and LASEK group were analyzed at different times after the operation by one-way ANOV. There was no significant difference after 1 month and 3 months; but there was statistical significance degree after 1 day, 1 week and 6 months. There was significant difference between different cutting patterns in which the satisfaction degree were compared ( α = 0.05 as the standard). CONCLUSION. Patients with myopia after excimer laser cornea refractive surgery have high degree of satisfaction; ORK surgery group can obtain a higher degree of satisfaction in early stage; and LASEK surgery group are able to obtain a higher degree of satisfaction.
