女性卒中的特异性危险因素及其防治
摘要
在卒中的流行病学、病因、危险因素、诊疗、预防及预后等方面，男女性存在着较大的差异。在老年卒中患者中，女性显著多于男性。同时，女性患者的卒中特点及死亡风险，有别于心血管疾病的女性患者。因此，认识女性卒中发病特点对有效防治女性卒中具有重要意义。
