摘要
工作研究又称基础工业工程,包括方法研究与作业测定两大技术。文章运用工作研究方法,对RU型对讲机装配流程进行改进,制订标准工作时间,并进行了生产线平衡及流水线的合理化平面布置。通过对比分析,改进后的生产效率得到显著提高。
Work Study also means Fundamental Industrial Engineering,includes Time Study and Motion Study.The method of Work Study is used to improve the assembly line of RU product,to draw up the standard time,to balance and lay out the assembly line.The production efficiency has improved greatly than before.
