摘要
阐述了电液控制电铅抽棒处理生产线中堆垛装置的结构组成及工作原理,设计了该装置压控制系统,并对该系统重要元件进行了设计选型;建立了系统数学模型,利用基于Matlab中的SIMULINK工具箱对系统进行仿真,并针对系统的不稳定性进行PID控制。
The structure and theory of the stacking equipment for the Exploiting of Equipment of Drawing out Rod of Electrolytic Lead is briefly depicted in the paper,the hydraulics system is designed and the important components are chosen.Then math model of hydraulics system is established,the system is simulated through computer on the basis of the SIMULINK toolbox in Matlab language,the PID controller is designed because of the instability of the system.
