基于超效率DEA方法的中国建筑业生产效率实证研究 被引量:18

On Productivity Evaluation of China’s Construction Industry on the Basis of the Supper-efficient DEA Model

摘要 随着国民经济的高速增长,我国建筑业近年来得到迅速的发展,在国民经济中的支柱作用日益明显,对建筑业生产效率进行研究具有重要意义。针对传统DEA模型不能对有效决策单元作进一步评价的不足,运用超效率DEA方法对中国1997-2006年间建筑业的生产效率进行评价。研究结果表明:中国建筑业整体效率保持在较高水平,但是从2002年以后逐渐波动下降,能源消耗量增长过快,能源利用效率偏低。 With the rapid growth of the national economy, the construction industry in China develops rapidly in recent years. It is significant to study the productivity of construction industry as the role of construction industry is more and more obvious in the national economy. The CCR DEA model only divides the DMU into efficient or inefficient. However, the supper-efficient DEA which is improved from the CCR DEA mode was applied to evaluating the productivity of construction industry during the period of 1997- 2006. The results show that although the overall efficiency remains at a high level, it has been fluctuatingly decreased from 2002, and the growth of energy consumption has been overly fast, and meanwhile the efficiency of energy utilization has been low.
