摘要 放电节律,即相邻动作电位的峰峰间期(interspike interval,ISI)的研究受到人们的重视,认为神经是通过其放电活动的丰富节律模式对信息进行编码的。为处理海量的信息,方便地应用相关的分析方法,在LabVIEW平台下开发神经信号特征分析及模式分析的虚拟仪器(VI NSPA),并结合实验动物脑图谱坐标图,直观地描述记录位置与神经元反应的对应关系。与同类型的商用软件比较,通过大量实验数据的分析对比,验证了该虚拟仪器的可靠性。其具有成本低、可扩展性强等特点。 Discharge rhythm, that is interspike interval (ISI), has attached much importance. Researchers believe that neuron information is coded through exuberant rhythm pattern of the action potential. In order to process large amount of data, we developed a virtual instrument software for analyzing the feature and pattern of neural signals under LabVIEW, then combined with the brain atlas of experimental animals to describe the corresponding relationship between recording position and response of neurons. Compared with other similar commercial softwares, the reliability of the virtual instrument was confirmed by analyzing large amount of experimental data. The virtual instrument is provided with low cost and good expansibility.
