摘要
以双组份打胶机的胶体流动管路为研究对象,用UG软件建立了其内部流场的三维模型,采用CFD软件Fluent对其内部复杂流动进行了三维数值模拟,并对流体经过SK型静态混合器后的压力降的理论值与模拟值进行比较,两者是吻合的。
Taking the colloid pipeline of RobotSealing as the research object, this article established the three-dimensional model of the internal flow field with UG, and accomplished the numerical simulation of the flow field with the common software Fluent. At last, the static mixer's pressure drop which was obtained by simulation was compared with the theoretical value, the results" agreed well with each other.
