摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某一相变散热器进行了热仿真分析,首先对模型进行了简化,然后进行了瞬态热分析,分析中考虑了材料的相变。通过分析,提出了散热器的改进方案,说明在散热器设计过程中进行热学仿真分析,可以减少试验成本,缩短产品的开发周期。
The thermal simulation analysis of a phase-change radiator is done by use of ANSYS, an FEA （Finite Element Analysis） software. Firstly, the model is predigested. Then the transient thermal analysis is carried out. At last, the improved design of radiator is presented. The thermal simulation plays an important role in radiator design cycle. It is helpful not only in seeking the optimum solution for radiator, but also in shortening the development cycle.
