摘要
薄片砂轮在进行磨削加工时动平衡难以保证,从而很难获得较高的加工精度。为了解决该问题,对薄片砂轮的结构进行了改进设计,给出了具体的参数取值,并利用ANSYS软件对砂轮振动及变形情况做出了分析。
It is difficult to ensure the dynamic balance of a thin wheel as well as the machining precision of parts. In order to solve this problem, the authors proposed a new design of thin wheel's structure and gave its specific parameters, then analysed the wheel's vibration and deformation by ANSYS software.
