薄带钢过双UCM平整机生产技术研究

Technology Research of 2-high UCM Temper Mill for Thin Strip

国内目前唯一的双机架UCM二次冷轧机组,兼有二次冷轧和平整两种功能,机组平整方式设计的最薄带钢极限为0.17 mm,而宝钢冷轧薄板厂内一些高附加值薄带钢主要厚度规格仅为0.13 mm,超过机组极限规格设计能力,就这一问题在工艺上进行了积极探索,现场采取了一系列技术措施解决了这一问题。

At present, the only domestic UCM two-rack double cold reduction unit, is provided with double cold reduction and temper functions. The unit is designed for dealing with the strip with the maximum thickness of 0. 17 ram, compared with the 0. 13 mm thickness strip which is possessed of high additional value, the capacity of the mill＇s designation is exceeded. On this condition, the thesis researches the problems existing in the technology, and takes some effective measures in site.
