摘要
在分析现代钢带连续热镀锌和合金化工艺的基础上,结合国外镀锌模拟机的技术特点和工艺方式,设计了适合我国实验室镀锌实验的模拟机工作步骤和自动控制流程,满足了现代钢带镀锌研究的需要。
The paper studied the particular process and automation control system of lab galvanizing simulator on the base of modern continuous hot-dip galvanizing and galvannealing of steel sheets, including work step, automation control flow, and so on. It indicated that the simulator was fit for the galvanizing lab, and met the research need of modern galvanizing steel plants.
