摘要
目前通用的CAD系统中没有直接提供椭圆齿轮建模方法,为此,在分析了椭圆齿轮节曲线和轮齿分布特点的基础上,阐述了椭圆齿轮齿形设计方法和利用UG建模功能及其二次开发工具Expression实现椭圆渐开线直齿轮参数化设计的方法,完整地再现了零件的实体模型特征。结果表明,此方案可使设计人员应用现有的三维模型进行更新设计,并为进一步进行有限元分析、计算机模拟刀具轨迹的生成和数控加工奠定了基础。
The commercial CAD systems do not supply modeling method for ellipse gear. Based on analyzing the characteristics of pitch curve and tooth distribution of ellipse gear, this paper presented the method of designing ellipse gear's tooth profile, as well as the parameterized design method for ellipse gear with involute straight tooth by using UG. The result shows the method is useful for designer to do renewal design, and will lay a foundation for finite element analysis and NC machining.
