高职院校双师结构教师队伍建设策略研究

On Constrction strategies of Teaching staff of Double Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

探索高职院校双师结构教师队伍建设问题，探求切实可行的双师结构教师队伍建设策略，是目前各高职院校改革与发展的紧迫任务。文章在对我国高职院校教师队伍建设现状解析和归因分析的基础上，按照职业性、开放性和实践性要求，提出了高职院校加强双师结构教师队伍建设的愿景策略、团队策略、共享策略、环境策略、创新策略和管理策略。

It is urgent task of the refor and development of higher vocational colleges to probe their construction of teaching staff of doublr quality and find out its correspondent so lutions. Based on the analysis of the present situation teaching staff construction in higher vocatienal colleges, this paper puts forward the strategy of expectation, strategy of team, strategy of sharing, strategy of enviroment, strategy of innovation and strategy of management of teaching staff construction according to the reguirements of occupationism, openness and practicality.
