基于可编程逻辑器件的步进电机控制装置应用研制

摘要 随着工业的不断发展,步进电机与PLC应用技术在工业领域的应用越来越广泛,同时控制要求也越来越高。为了提高工业控制的精度和自动化的水平,本文采用可编程控制器对步进电机的四相八拍控制,从而实现对工业领域的自动控制。 With the continuous development of industry,the applicable technology of the the stepping motor and PLC is applied more and more widely in industrial fields,and the controlling demands are getting higher and higher as well. In order to improve the precision of industrial control and the level of automation,the programmable controller has been adopted to exert four-phase and eight-racket controlling of the stepping motor to realize the automatic control in industrial fields.
