摘要
通过文献借鉴、案例研究与实践归纳,对辅导员工作涉及到的指令执行与能动性发挥进行理论解读。在此基础上构建场域,输入政策矢量、行政支持矢量和学生支持矢量,形成场域内的网络状提升效应,形象地阐述了辅导员工作的支持系统,对辅导员工作具有较强的指导和借鉴意义。
This paper makes a theoretical interpretation of the counselors' task from perspectives of their instructional implementation and activeness employment by means of literature reviews,case studies and inductions of practice.To provide them with better guidance and reference,the paper then illustrates the task supportive system based on the field network which integrates vectors of policy,administrators and students supporting.
