摘要
随着30年来改革开放,"早茶"的广府民俗古风在传承中的嬗变,不仅传承与彰显着广府的地域特色和广府人的地域心理,更增添现代商业色彩和都市人文意蕴,展示了城市人格和标榜出城市文化形象这样的核心文化价值。本文以广府人"早茶民俗"作为研究对象,试图对广府人作为个体通过"叹早茶"而参与至公共领域这一方式进行探讨与思考,研究早茶民俗的嬗变与广府文化的传承。
As one of the Cantonese cultural heritages,the custom of having morning tea has been evolving with the development of open-up and reform in the past 30 years.While manifesting the local geographic and psychological characteristics in the transformation process,morning tea is also featuring the modern commercialism and cosmopolitan culture,whose core value lies in the shaping of a sharp city character.This paper analyzes this phenomenon in an attempt to discuss the way Cantonese people participate in the public sphere by having morning tea.
