摘要
液流流经换向阀时产生液动力,其方向和大小的变化对滑阀工作稳定性影响很大,因此,设计和选用换向阀时对此必须充分考虑。本文论述了液动力的计算方法,并将转斗换向过程分为三个阶段逐一进行理论分析;在一定的假设条件下,推导出液动力的计算公式。实践表明,这些公式是适用的。
hen the power fluid flows through reversal valve,the change of the direction and magnitude of hydrodynamic force acting on the sliding valve has greater influence on the stability of sliding valve working.Therefore,this fact must be considered fully when design and select the reversal valve.This paper discusses the hydrodynamic force calculating method,divides the reversing process of swing bucket into three steps to make a theoretical analysis one by one,and infers the formulas of hydrodynamic force calculation.It has been shown that these formulas are practical.
