益口含漱液用于头颈部放疗病人口腔黏膜保护的效果观察

Observation on effect of Yikou gargle used for protect of oral cavity mucosa of patients undergoing head and neck radiotherapy

[目的]观察益口含漱液对放疗病人口腔黏膜的保护效果。[方法]将120例头颈部放疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用朵贝氏液漱口,观察组予益口含漱液漱口,观察两组病人口腔黏膜情况。[结果]观察组口腔黏膜炎严重程度轻于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]益口含漱液用于保护放疗病人口腔黏膜效果明显。

Objective：To observe protection effect of Yikou gargle for oral cavity mucosa of patients undergoing head and neck radiotherapy.Methods：A total of 120 patients undergoing head and neck radiotherapy were divided into test and control group randomly 60 cases each.Patients of control group were rinsed their mouth with Duobei’s collutory.Patients of test group were given Yikou gargle.Then oral cavity mucosa of both group patients had been observed.Results：The degree of stomatitis in test group cases was lighter than that of control group cases （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Yikou gargle has significant effect to protect oral cavity mucosa for patients undergoing head and neck radiotherapy.
