农村土地流转下农民社会保障制度研究综述及趋势分析

Study on the Research Summary of Farmers’Social Security System and Trend Under the Rural Land Circulation

随着城市化、工业化进程加快推进,各种形式的农村土地流转现象日趋增多,土地流转农民的社会保障问题引起了政府、学界、职能部门和农民自身的高度关注。到目前为止,国内外众多学者结合当地农村实际情况,提出了许多值得借鉴的农民社会保障制度观点和模型。文章通过对这些观点进行梳理、评论,指出今后我国农民社会保障制度研究趋势,推动我国农民社会保障的完善发展。

Along with the urbanization and industrialization speeding up, kinds of rural land circulations are more and more. How to protect the farms＇ social security caused the high attentions by the government, academic circles, functional dept. and farmers. So far, many scholars at home and abroad put forward many worth learning viewpoints and models of farms＇ social security system. The author pointed out the future research trend of farms＇ social security system by combing and commenting the home and abroad viewpoints to promote China farms＇ social security system development.
