The Discussion about Housing Building Mode of New Rural Construction in Our Country

新农村建设内容繁博,关联复杂。文章分析了目前我国新农村住房建设过程中存在的问题,借鉴城市房地产开发的经验,结合农村现状,按照节约资源的原则,重点探讨了新农村住房建设的几种新模式,分析其优点及目前实施存在的问题,并提出相关建议。

It is involved to lots of things in new rural construction and some are difficulty to be taken into effect. The paper analyses the problems in course of new rural construction at present in our country. Using the experience of urban real estate development, the paper discusses several new development modes about new rural housing building importantly, analyses their merits, some problems and suggestion if being taken into practice.
