产业转移过程中西江产业带的可持续发展研究 被引量:1

摘要 在区域经济极化发展的进程中,部分产业在不同区域间从高梯度向低梯度进行转移。西江产业带区域间产业转移给流域带来了经济正效应和环境负效应。文章基于可持续发展的评估标准,提出保持产业的可持续发展应该进行区域政府合作,建设生态化的产业集群,运用公众参与机制进行监督管理,促进西江产业带的可持续发展。 In the process of regions' polarized development, some industry is shifting from developed regions to deveoping regions. The industry shift has brought possitive effects of economy and negative effects of environment to Xijiang Industrial Belt. Based on the sustainable development evaluating standards, the article puts forward several aspects including regional government cooperation, eeo-industrial clunsters' construction and the use of public paticipation in order to keep the sustainable development in Xijiang Industrial Belt.
