“长三角”外围欠发达地区中小企业发展调研——以安徽省池州市为例

"Yangtze River Delta"Area Outside the Development of SMES in Less Developed Research——Chizhou City,Anhui Province as an Example

安徽省池州市属于"长三角"外围欠发达地区。为接受长江三角核心区,甚至省内马、芜、铜地区的产业扩散,池州必须进行基础设施建设,完善投资环境,前期利用产业转移等外部力量为池州打下企业经济基础。池州的长远发展则需要开发地区人力资源,吸引和培养人才,提升企业经济的质量。池州市中小企业发展必须选择产业集群的组织模式,创新政府的产业投资制度建立园区核心企业等。

Anhui Chizhou City is the backward region. Chizhou City must invest in foundation building, make pefect environment of investment, to create conditions to receive industry from the nucleus regions of triangle of the Yangtze River, even Maanshan, Wuhu, Tongling, try to attract foreignal investment and brains. The development of middle and small enterprise must take the model of industrial cluster, break away from the route of poverty, the government should innovate new investment systems etc.
