摘要
提要:乡镇企业所有制的变迁,一般在分配制度上,会经历工分制、工资制、利润分成和承包制四个阶段,而从原集体所有制走向解体;或者在承包制阶段选择租赁制或股份合作制,则会从原集体所有制走向非集体所有制乡镇企业。而分配制度的变化过程则是经营者与官员之间的动态博弈过程。
This paper holds the point that, in terms of allocation systems, the ownership evolution of township enterprises has experienced the following stages: the work-the-point system, the salary system, the profit sharing system, and the contracting system, which results in the disorganization of the township enterprises from their original collective ownership. Or, during the contracting system stage, if a lease mode or a corporate cooperation mode has been chosen up, the township enterprises will change from their original collective ownership to non-collective. The evolution process of the allocation system, however, is the result of dynamic games between the management and the government officials.
