复方血栓通对青年腹型肥胖患者血液流变学的作用

Effect of Fufang Xueshuantong on Hemorheology of Youth Central Obesity

目的:观察复方血栓通对青年腹型肥胖患者血液流变学异常改变的作用效果。方法:101例伴有血液流变学异常的青年腹型肥胖患者随机分为常规组及治疗组:与常规组同样治疗的同时治疗组加用复方血栓通胶囊3粒,每日三次,共8周。两组患者于治疗前后统一做血液流变学的相关指标检测,并进行比较。结果:在疗程结束后,治疗组在改善血液流变学的相关指标方面明显优于常规组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊不仅能改善青年腹型肥胖患者各项血液流变学的相关指标,而且可增强常规疗法的效果,有效地控制肥胖相关性疾病的进程。

Objective： To observe Fufangxueshuantong ＇ s effect on abnormal hemorheology of youth central obesity. Method： 101 cases of youth central obesity with abnormal hemorheology were divided two groups, regular treatment group and treatment group, Fufang Xueshuantong capsule was used 3 granules for three times on dya in treatment group at the base of the same regular treatment for 8 weeks. Hemorheology test of both group were examined and the results were compared before and after treatment. Result： The hemorheology improvement in treatment group was superior to regular treatment group at the end of treatment period, there was obvious difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Fufang Xueshuantong capsule not only improve relative each hemorheology guide lines of youth central obesity but also increase the efficacy of regular treatment, the progression of correlated diseases can be dominated effectively.
