新生儿窒息的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors of Neonatal Asphyxia

目的:探讨新生儿窒息的产科原因,寻找预防措施,降低新生儿窒息的发生率和围产期新生儿死亡率。方法:对2005年1月至2008年12月在我院出生的新生儿窒息70例的相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果:脐带因素、胎盘功能不全及羊水过少为主要原因,分别占38.5%、16.9%、13.8%。结论:提高产前检查质量,加强孕期保健、产前、产时胎心监护及超声检查,及时防治胎儿宫内窘迫。预防低出生体重儿和巨大儿出生,积极防治产科并发症,适时选择正确分娩方式是降低新生儿窒息的重要措施。

Objective： To explore the reason of neonatal asphxia and find out the measure to reduce the occurrence rate of neonatal asplyxia and perinatal mortality. Method： We reviewed 70 cases neonatal asphyxia who were delivered in our hospital from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2008. Result： The main causes were umbilical cord related factor （38.5% ）, placental function （ 13.9% ） and oligogydramnios （ 13.8% ）. Conclusion： It can reduce the neonatal asphyxia with proper selection of delivery mode and prevent the complication actively of very low birth weight infants and macrosomia. In the meanwhile, Welt better pay attention to the prenatal examination, pregnancy health care by B ultrasound and pay attention to fetal heart rate monitoring.
