提高急诊护士应对突发卫生公共事件能力的探讨

Study of Improving the Capacity of Emergency Nurse in Public Health Emergency

目的:探讨运用应急预案、提高急诊护士应急能力在应对突发卫生公共事件救治中的可行性及护理要点。方法:运用应急预案中的分组法对本地区近年来的7宗突发卫生公共事件,与传统的应对方式相比较分析,观察应对过程中的有序性、条理性、效率及质量。结果:与传统应对方式相比,其有序性、条理性好,工作效率及质量明显提高。结论:说明提高急诊护士应急能力及建立应急预案,在应对突发卫生公共事件中起到积极的作用。

Objective： To explore the possibility of applying emergency nursing plan and improving the capacity of emergency nurse in public health emergence rescues. Method： 7 cases of public health emergencies took place in our district in recent years, nursing team applied in the emergency - nursing plan, the rescue order, reasonability, efficiency and quality were observed. Result： Compared with traditional ways, the rescue order, reasonability, efficiency and quality were improved significantly. Conclusion： It is effective to set up before hand plans and improve the rescue abilities of emergency nurses in public health emergence.
