恶性心包积液患者的护理程序应用

The Holistic Nursing Care of Malignant Pericardial Effusion

目的:探讨护理程序对8例恶性心包积液患者的应用效果。方法:通过护理程序及时评估,积极为病人解决现存心脏压塞症状,得出主要护理诊断:舒适的改变、排便功能异常、引流管脱落的危险、绝望等。结果:给予相应护理措施,病人无出现护理并发症。7例好转,1例无变化。生存时间30d至10个月。结论:对恶性心包积液实施护理程序,可明显改善其愈后质量及生活质量。

Objective： Holistic nursing care was conducted upon 8 patients with malignant pericardial effusion, admitted from Jan. 2005 to Jun. 2008. Method： So as to evaluate the symptoms and form nursing diagnosis in view of changes in comforts, drainage -tube＇s break -off and despair. Result： Suitable measurements were taken to cope with the symptoms. The symptoms were relieved. The life span was from 30 days to 10 months witlut complications occurring. Conclusion： The patients＇ life quality improved significantly.
