13例先天子宫发育畸形患者行体外受精-胚胎移植后妊娠情况分析

The pregnancy outcomes of 13 women with congenital uterine malformations after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

目的了解子宫畸形患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后的妊娠情况。方法对我院2006年11月至2008年1月间收治的13例畸形子宫患者行IVF-ET后情况进行回顾性分析,随机抽取同期子宫正常、单纯输卵管因素不孕者73例作对照组。结果行IVF-ET患者子宫畸形患病率为1.30%,13例子宫畸形患者总妊娠数6例次,临床妊娠率46.2%,着床率29.6%,足月产占66.7%,平均孕周(37.83±0.73)w;与同期子宫正常、单纯输卵管因素不育者比较着床率、妊娠率及足月产率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论行IVF-ET患者子宫畸形发生率高于一般人群,如重视早期诊断及加强孕期监护,其妊娠率及妊娠结局良好。

Objective. To study the pregnancy outcomes vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. of women with congenital uterine malformations after in Methods： A retrospective analysis was performed to evaluate the pregnancy outcomes of 13 women with uterine anomalies who underwent IVF-ET treated in our hospital from Nov. 2006 to Jan. 2008. Results： Incidence of uterine anomalies in women underwent IVF-ET was 1.30%. Six out of thirteen women achieved pregnancies, the implantation rate was 29.63%, the clinical pregnancy rate was 46.15 %, the term birth rate was 66.67%, the average gestational week was 37.83±0.73. There were no significant differences in the implantation rate, the pregnancy rate and the term birth rate compared to patients with normal uterus groups. Conclusion： The incidence of uterine anomalies in women underwent IVF-ET was higher than that in the general population. If the diagnosis was made before gestation and monitoring was strengthened during pregnancy, the pregnancy rate and outcome may be satisfactory.
