体外受精-胚胎移植中子宫内膜超声参数与妊娠率的相关性 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着辅助生殖技术的迅猛发展,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF—ET)中获卵率、受精率、卵裂率及优质胚胎率均有显著提高,但胚胎种植率却不令人满意,其中子宫内膜容受性是决定胚胎成功着床的关键。经阴道彩色多普勒超声成像(TVCD)技术作为一种非创伤性的检查方法,不仅可以显示子宫内膜的形态特征,并能提供子宫内膜的血供信息,为临床评价子宫内膜的容受性提供了一个新的手段。我院运用该技术对行IVF—ET的不育妇女进行子宫内膜的容受性评估,以探讨子宫内膜参数与临床妊娠率的相关性。
