细胞高浓度磁性标记导致细胞外大量纳米颗粒聚集物的形成 被引量:1

摘要 细胞移植在修复和替代受损器官、改善组织功能和基因治疗方面具有重要作用。活体细胞示踪是分子影像学的任务之一,能够实时监测移植细胞靶向迁移、迁移速度以及细胞在靶器官停留时间,有助于指导细胞移植技术在临床的合理应用。MRI具有组织和空间分辨率高、无放射损伤等优点,成为活体细胞示踪的重要研究手段。
