理论创新是在前人的基础上结合实践的需要实现的,理论自身固有的品质、现实的实践基础是理论创新的基本条件;理论创新需要通过一定的主体实现,创新主体具有的条件是实现理论创新的决定性因素;理论创新不是闭门造车,自主创新与借鉴他人的经验同样重要。中国化马克思主义理论创新的实现机制,就是理论与实践相结合的机制,领袖智慧与人民群众智慧相结合的机制,是坚持中国特色与借鉴世界经验相结合的机制。

Theory innovation can be achieved on the basis of the predecessors and the combination of the needs of the practice. Its inherent quality, the reality of the practical basis are the foundation of theory innovation. It needs to achieve by a certain main body, and the main body＇s condition is a decisive factor for theory innovation. It can not be obtained be- hind closed doors, and independent innovation and draw on the experiences of others are equally important. The realiza- tion mechanismsof the theory innovation of the Marxism with Chinese characteristics, are the combination of theory and practice, of the intelligence of leaders and the masses, and of Persisting with Chinese characteristics and learning experiences from other countries.
