环境污染与结构升级——基于福建省“两高型”行业的实证研究

On Environmental Pollution and Industry Structure Upgrading——Based on Empirical Study of High-pollution and Consumption Industries in Fujian Province

改革开放以来,福建省经济飞速发展的同时,生态环境遭到较为严重的破坏,而"两高型"行业的发展常被视为环境污染的重要原因之一。计量模型分析表明,福建省"两高型"行业对环境的影响总体上并不存在环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC曲线),"两高型"行业的比重增加总体上是不利于环境的改善,破解"两高型"行业带来的环境污染与经济增长之间"囚徒困境"的一个重要途径是实现其产业结构的升级。

Since reforming and opening up, Fujian＇s economic developing fast, and the environment was more seriously damaged, and the development of high-pollution and higb-consumption industries is often regarded as one of the important causes of environmental pollution. In this paper we use model to analyze both scale-impact and structure-impact of the industry on the environment, the model analysis shows that EKC curve does not exist, the increasing of these industriesJshare in the industrial output in general is detrimental to the environment and break the ＂Prisoner＇s Dilemma＂ between environmental pollution and economic growth by upgrading the industrial structure.
