摘要
安徽在中部地区的经济塌陷会一直困扰着安徽乃至更大范围的经济发展,安徽经济崛起面临着观念落后、经济基础薄弱、环境保护等一系列问题和矛盾。但安徽经济崛起是全面建设小康社会的客观要求,必须夯实基础,艰苦奋斗。要以科学发展观为指导,立足省情,强化优势,工业强省。准确把握产业发展定位,不断推进经济结构战略性调整和发展方式的转变,解放思想,聚集才智,在加快实现工业化的进程中,创造相对优势,实现超长发展。
The lagging economy in the midland of Anhui province will be interfere with the economic development of the whole region or even wider. The Anhui economic growth is facing a series of problems and conflicts, such as the backward statement of concepts, weak economic foundation, environmental protection and so on. Anhui＇s Emerging Economy is the objective requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way. So we must tamp the foundation and work hard. The scientific outlook on development should be set as the guideline, based on provincial conditions, strengthening the superiorities, industry strengthening our province. We must accurately comprehend the development location, keeping pushing on strategic adjustment of economic structure and transformation of the developing modes. And we still need to emancipate the mind and bring in talents to create relative advantages and achieve great development in ac- celerating the industrialization.
