摘要
首次提出采用多媒体计算机技术统一管理煤矿各种安全监视、监测、监控、管理等系统,分析了煤矿多媒体监测监控系统中的关键技术.对照度低、照度不均匀或由于煤尘而造成的不清晰工业电视图像进行图像增强处理;针对多媒体的数据压缩,考虑工业电视摄像头一般安装在需要监视的设备运行的关键部位,背景图像基本不变,运动部分也呈现一定的规律性,视频图像帧相关性更大,因此采用了模型基的编码方案,取得了较好的效果,根据工业电视图像内容的不同,数据压缩比可达到3000~5000.
A method of using multimedia computer technology to administer the most systems in coal mine, such as safety monitoring system, managing and others are presened, the key technologies of the system are described. To the industrial TV dim image because of low luminance, luminance unevenness or dust, the image enhancing technology to the industrial TV image is applied. To data compression of video image of the system, considering industrial TV camera being usually fixed on important location where equipment working, background image unchanged mainly, regularity of movement part, the great correlation between frames, the model based data compression method is used and a better result that the compression ratio varies from 3 000 to 5 000 according to the content of industrial TV image is got.
