新沂市通过实施国家六期和七期农业开发以及三期世行项目建设中,立足实际,集中资金,连续投入,做大规模,把农业园区的理念贯穿于项目建设中,不断探索高标准农田建设的新途径,为发展现代、高效农业积累了一定的实践经验,走出了一条符合新沂实际的农业综合开发路子。

In the comprehensive farm land development, the government of Xinyi City has started in a new direction by gathering available funding for continuous investment and large scale construction via national No.6 and No.7 agricultural development projects and World Bank No.3 project. In this regard Xinyi City has accumulated a lot of experience.
