摘要
针对涡轮钻具转速高、扭矩小、型号单一、结构复杂、维修麻烦,与我国的钻头发展水平不相适应的问题,开展了积木式组合涡轮钻具试验研究。分析了积木式组合涡轮钻具的理论特性,理论上认为积木式组合涡轮钻具的输出特性是单级涡轮定转子叶片输出特性的叠加。在不增加现有涡轮钻具定转子类型的基础上实现了同一尺寸系列转速的连续化设计。试验结果表明,积木式组合涡轮钻具的输出扭矩、功率、压降与效率的理论计算值与试验值吻合,输出扭矩与压降符合叠加原理;现场应用表明,积木式组合涡轮钻具能满足钻井现场各类钻头的需要,与牙轮钻头、PDC钻头和金刚石钻头匹配使用,平均钻速提高了43%~473%。
Considering the problem that the turbodrill is high in rotary speed,small in torsional moment,simplex in model number,complex in structure and troublesome in maintenance,which is not in agreement with our country's bit development level,the experimental research on the cordwood-type compound turbodrill was performed. The theoretical property of the turbodrill was analyzed. Theoretically,it is thought that the output property of the turbodrill is the stacking of the output property of the single-stage turbine's stator and rotor blade. The continuous design of a series of rotary speed of the same dimensions has been achieved without increasing the types of the existing turbodrill's stator and rotor. The results show that the theoretical calculated value of the turbodrill's output torque,power,pressure drop and efficiency matches the experimental value,and the output torque and pressure drop agree with the stacking principle. The turbodrill can meet the needs of various bits in field drilling. Used together with roller bit,PDC bit and diamond bit,the turbodrill increases the average drilling rate by 43 percent to 473 percent.
