摘要
为克服传统液动、气动冲击器的缺陷,依据直线电机原理,研制了孔底电动冲击回转钻具。该钻具包括孔底电动冲击器、电机驱动器、动力电池3部分。电机驱动器负责接受地表指令并控制孔底电动冲击器的冲击频率和冲击功,从而实现在不提钻的情况下适应不同地层对冲击功和冲击频率的要求。实验表明,该钻具效率高,性能可靠,调节方便。
To overcome limitation in traditional hydro and air-driven impactor, this paper introduced the development about the well bottom electricity-driven percussive and rotating drill tool based on the working principle of line electromotor. The tool includes well bottom electricity-driven impactor, motor driver, power battery. Motor driver receives commands from the surface, and then controls frequency and wallop of the electricity-driven impactor, consequently, fits different strata without lifting the drill pipe. The field experiment shows that the tool has high operability, reliability and drilling efficiency.
