摘要
钻杆是目前煤矿瓦斯抽放钻孔施工的重要装备。在钻杆加工过程中,上下料采用人工方式,其劳动强度大、生产效率低。为了实现自动上下料,需要采用一种钻杆分料装置,将单根钻杆从成捆的料箱中分离出来。通过对3种分料方式的对比分析,选取了三轴分料方案,并介绍了该方案的设计思路和实现过程。应用表明,在降低工人劳动强度、提高生产效率等方面取得了良好的效果,为钻杆自动化生产线的建设奠定了基础。
Drilling rod is the important equipment for drilling gas drainage boreholes presently. In drilling rod processing, workpiece loading and unloading are carded artificially, which causes high work intensity and low work efficiency. In order to realize automatic loading and unloading, we need design separating workpieces for drilling rod, taking the single drilling rod from bundle container. This paper chooses triaxial separating scheme, through analyzing three separating ways contrastively, and introduces the design idea and realization process of this scheme in detail.
