摘要
以白兰花半木质化的侧芽为外植体,用两种灭菌剂配合使用比单一使用效果要好,污染率从100%下降到20%以下;最佳芽诱导培养基为1/2MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L+椰子水5%+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂5.8 g/L;最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+KT0.1mg/L+GA30.1mg/L+蔗糖6%+琼脂粉5.8g/L。
The disinfection effect was much better by using two kinds of microbicide than one. The contamination rate was lowered from 100% to 20% while disinfecting the semi-lignified lateral buds explants of Michelia alba DC.The best buds induction medium was 1/2MS+6-BAI.0 mg/L+2,4-D0.1 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L+coconut water 5%+cane sugar 30 g/L+agar 5.8 g/L. The best buds multiplication medium was MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAAO.1 mg/L+KT0.1 mg/L+GA30.1 mg/L+ cane sugar 6%+agar 5.8 g/L.
