摘要
采集了东莞市8个镇区9个典型蔬菜基地的灌溉水、土壤和蔬菜样品,利用气相色谱/质谱联机检测技术(GC/MS),分析了属于US EPA优控污染物的6种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)化合物。结果表明,在灌溉水中PAEs化合物总含量(∑PAEs)为0.29~2.73μg/L,以温塘基地最高;土壤中∑PAEs为0.242~1.710 mg/kg,以上元基地最高;蔬菜中∑PAEs为0.412~7.979 mg/kg,以生菜最高。灌溉水、土壤和蔬菜中均以DEHP和DnBP为主,部分含量已超过美国土壤控制标准。东莞市蔬菜基地土壤和蔬菜已一定程度受到了PAEs污染。
Six U.S EPA priority pollutants of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in rrigating water, soil and vegetable samples from nine typical vegetable fields of Dongguan City were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Total contents of the six PAE compounds (∑PAEs) in irrigating water, soil and vegetable ranged from 0.29 to 2.73 μg/L, from 0.242 to 1.710 mg/kg, and from 0.412 to 7.979 mg/kg respectively, with the maximum observed in irrigating water from Wentang field, in soil from Shangyuan field, and in lettuce from all fields. DEHP and DnBP were found as main compounds in three kinds of sample. The concentration of DEP and DnBP in some soil samples exceeds US allowable soil concentration.Soil and vegetable from vegetable fields of Dongguan city were polluted by PAEs to some extent.
