Analysis of macrolide antibiotics residues in animal-derived food

摘要 大环内酯类抗生素(MALs)是畜禽、水产养殖业中广泛使用的一类抗生素。由于这类抗生素被大量或超量使用,目前在许多动物源性食品中均能检测到该类物质的存在。主要对当前动物源性食品中MALs残留分析过程中样品前处理和检测方法进行了综述。 Macrolides are a group of antibiotics that have been widely used in livestock and poultry and Aquatic product practices. Macrolide antibiotics (MALs) have been already detected in all kinds of food matrices, since they were widely and excessively used. This paper is focusing on a review of analysis of MALs, including the methods of extraction and clean-up as well as determination technologies in animal-derived foods.
