摘要
阐述了知识服务背景下图书馆文化建设的重构,图书馆的精神取向。为实现知识服务目标,图书馆在文化建设上应加强机制创新,实现文化的重构。
In this paper, the advantages of library culture aiming to knowledge service and the orientation of library spirit was discussed. For the realization of knowledge services target, a suggestion that consolidate mechanism - innovation for the reconstruction of library culture was given.
