摘要
大功率金属卤化物(Metal Halide,简称MH)灯的"声共振"和功率调节是电子镇流器设计中两个重要问题。选择了一种适用于大功率MH灯的三级电路拓扑,采用低频方波驱动,可有效避免"声共振",减小开关损耗,使系统获得较高的整机效率。构建了基于DSP的数控平台,有利于实现较复杂的控制。采用功率和电流双闭环控制系统,能有效调节灯的功率和电流。实验结果表明系统稳定性好,控制性能优越。
Acoustic resonance and power regulation of high power netal hahde(MH)lamp the are key in the electronic ballast design.The three-stage topology fit for high power metal halide lamp is proposed,which is driven by low-frequency squarewave to avoid acoustic resonance,reduce switch loss and gain high efficiency.Digital control system based on DSP is designed to realize the complicated control strategles.High control performance and power regulation are obtained by using power and current control method.The experimental results show that the system achieves high stability and good performance.
