摘要
介绍将统计过程控制技术(SPC)技术应用到激光造型工艺和设备中的一个实例。通过该技术的应用发现设备出现失控或者失控倾向,查找原因并及时采取相应措施,尽快将激光造型设备恢复到受控状态,并使得生产线关键设备在稳定受控条件下,持续生产出内在质量好、可靠性高的产品,使激光造型工序收到了良好的效果。
An example of statistical process control(SPC) technology application to the laser sculpture process and the machine in UHVDC research center of PERI is introduced.The abnonnity or abnormal tendency is detected by SPC technology,then the reasons are found out and corresponding measures are taken in time,which makes the laser sculpture machine to resume normalization and to produce more products with high quality and reliability.In this aspect,effect is good.
