青海省大通地区副猪嗜血杆菌病的血清学检测

Serological Determination of Haemphilus Parasuis Infection in Datong Area of Qinghai Province

摘要 采用间接血凝试验对来自青海省大通地区的两个猪场的139份血清进行了副猪嗜血杆菌病抗体检查,结果检出32份阳性,血清阳性感染率为23.02%。 139 Serum samples of swine collected from two pig farms in Datong county of Qinghai province were detected the antiboby against Haemphilus parasuis with indirect hemagglutination test . The results showed that 32 samples were positive and the positive rate was 23.02 percent.
