受入磨矿石性质、粒度和给水水压波动等因素影响，磨矿分级作业靠人工手动操作，作业条件难以掌握，综合作业指标稳定性及均衡性较差，采用作业过程控制系统后。

Affected by the properties and particle size of the feed ore and the fluctuation of the feed water pressure,and as a result of manual operation when it was difficult to control the operation conditions,the grinding-classification circuit had poor stability and equalization of the comprehensive operation performances.The application of the process control system in the grinding-classification circuit has stabilized and improved the operation performances.
