摘要
依据物流服务供应链节点成员之间协同程度及协同关系的不同,提出了物流服务供应链点链式协同、线链式协同、全链式协同三种协同运作模式。以线链式协同模式为例,通过构建协同运作模型,探讨了物流服务供应链协同运作机理,得出了供给方的最优努力水平选择以及报酬激励机制设计的基本思路。
Three collaborative operation modes of logistics service supply chain, point- chain coordination, line- chain coordination and chain - chain coordination are defined according to the degree of synergy among members and their relationship. The line- chain coordination mode is analyzed in this paper. The collaborative model is built to explore the collaborative operation mechanism for logistics service supply chain. Some basic ideas of optimal effort level for supply nodes and incentive mechanism design are drawn.
