摘要
分析比较了ISO527-1、ASTM D638以及GB/T 1040.1中关于塑料拉伸试验方法的异同,着重讨论了这些标准在测试技术上的不同要求,探讨了试验机性能对试验结果的影响,并提出了对试验机机械结构及测控系统软硬件设计的技术要求。
Tensile property test of plastic by means of ISO527-1, ASTM D638 and GB/T 1040.1 were compared. The different requirements of these standards on testing technology were discussed especially. The effect of testing machine on testing result was expounded. The technical requirements on mechanical structure and design of hardware and software of measuring system of the testing machine were presented.
