摘要
目前系统地从槐角中提取总黄酮的方法还比较少,本研究的目的就是为了找到一条合适的、经济适用的水浸提方法将槐角中的有效成分提取出来。在槐角与料液(水)比例为1∶8,温度为90℃下浸提2次,每次2 h为最佳条件。使其具有成本低,工艺简单,综合利用率高等优点。
At present, there are relatively few system methods for extracting total flavonoids from fructus sophorae. The purpose of this research is to find a suitable,economic and affordable way to extract effective ingredients from fructus sophorae and to purifiy aempferide. The best conditions to extract and isolate the flavones are found when the extraction material - liquid rate is 1:8, the temperature is 90℃, and heated by water - bath twice for 2 hours. This method is of low cost, simple process and comprehensive utilization.
